A High School Tale

Chapter 8

By Kavika

After the drama earlier in the week things seem to settle down in the lives of Iggy and Carson. The week sped along and Friday afternoon Iggy found himself in the school's gym watching the wrestling match. This match was against their rival high school from across town. Iggy had no clue as to what the rules of wrestling were. The only reason Iggy was there was to watch Carson wrestle. He found himself looking at Carson sitting on the bench waiting for his match. He was dressed in his warm-up suit which covered up most of his body. He looked as if he was deep in thought. Iggy liked looking at his new friend and waited until the moment he would see him in his wrestler's singlet. He admitted to himself that he liked the skin tight uniform which left almost nothing to his teenage imagination.

He even pictured himself and Carson alone in his bedroom exploring each other's body while they both wore singlets.

Over the past week they had spent a lot time together getting to know each other. If they were not studying then they were working on Iggy's new exercise routine. As with all beginners Carson had started him on the smallest amount of weights. He didn't want to push him too hard and have him hurt himself. Iggy was certainly grateful that his trainer was taking it easy on him. Overall their time together was good. Sometimes it was a little difficult for Iggy to focus on his training when Carson was there with him. Iggy was a bit embarrassed about what happened in his bedroom and felt that he had crossed a line with Carson. They were both party to what happened but Iggy felt a bit more responsible. He didn't want to cross that line again and was careful not to threaten his friendship with Carson by making a pass at him and ending their friendship

.

Carson on the other hand wanted to draw closer to Iggy. He held himself back as well not wanting to come across as someone who couldn't control his hormones. He wanted many times to take Iggy in his arms and press his lips on his. On one occasion after a session with Iggy, Carson had to jump into a cold shower to quash the sexual tension he was feeling. Both boys wanted more than friendship but they were both new to relationships and knew nothing on starting one.

The ref's whistle sounded the close of another match between the rivals. At the sound of the whistle Carson stood from the bench and began to take off his warm-up suit. The school colors were powder blue and black. The singlet he wore showed the school colors. The lower half of the singlet was powder blue and the upper black. Carson's singlet clung to his body like a second skin. He ran his hands over the front of the singlet and took a second to adjust the suit around his lower half. He did a few stretches as he waited for the ref to call for him.

He faced his rival, a boy that had a reputation for wrestling dirty. Carson knew he had to keep on his toes and not let this guy get the better of him. The ref called the two wrestlers into a small circle.

"Alright guys, give me a clean fight. I don't want any illegal moves so keep the funny stuff to a minimum. If I see anything I'll call the match and your team will lose the match.

Carson shook his opponent's hand and waited for the whistle to signal the start of the match.

Iggy sat on the edge of his seat as he watched Carson. When the whistle blew both wrestlers began their moves to outdo the other. The match to say the least was quite equal. Each of the young men moved around the mat like professionals. There were a few moves around the circle. Carson was in a strong hold and feared only for a moment before he shook off his opponent. He struggled to pin the other boy down as they were both strong. The only thing that Carson had over this other boy was his strength in his legs. He was winning the match. He finally threw his nemesis and won the final point which won him the match.

Carson pumped his fist in the air to show he was superior over his rival. The ref held his hand up in victory. Iggy was on his feet and cheering his friend. Carson looked over to Iggy in the stands and gave him a smile and "thumbs up."

Iggy felt giddy and giggled as he smiled and returned Carson's thumbs up!

Carson made the motion for Iggy to stay and wait for him as he turned towards the locker room. They had no plans but Carson wanted to hang out. Iggy nodded his head signaling he understood.

In the locker room the wrestling team were in various stages of undress. Carson stripped off the sweaty singlet and made his way to the showers. As he washed his body he heard his name called out.

"Hey Andrews good match." It was Scott Morgan. He wasn't as big as Carson and wrestled in another weight class. Carson also knew that he was good friends with Travis Berry.

"Thanks Morgan." He replied.

His team mate looked Carson over as if examining him like a piece of meat. He smiled at him as he stepped closer to Carson.

"So, I heard you were friends with a faggot." He laughed as his own words. "Does he give good head?" He said it loud enough so the others could hear.

Carson's body tensed with the words from his teammate. He began to get angry as he listened.

"You watch your mouth. You don't know what you're talking about." Carson warned.

"Dude, Travis told me that you were hanging out with Ignacio, that gay kid. If it was me I'd have that boy on his knees sucking my cock." He smiled as his hand went to his swollen dick. He began to stroke it as he continued, "You're lucky. You have your own personal cock sucker." He laughed.

Carson had had enough, "Shut your mouth! You don't know what you're talking about. He's my friend and I think you should show him some respect."

"I'll show him this," he said and he showed Carson his now rock hard boy member.

Carson looked down at his cock, "I don't think he would be able to find it. It's so small."

"There's enough there for him to choke on." Scott said as he continued to stroke his cock.

Carson looked him in the eyes, "Get the fuck away from me, you piece of shit."

"What, are you his boyfriend?" he sneered.

In one move Carson had Scott against the tiled wall of the showers. Their other teammates turned and stared while Carson pinned him to the wall by his neck. Scott struggled to free himself but was not as strong as Carson. His face began to show panic as his eyes bulged.

He leaned close to Scott's face. "I suggest you shut your mouth. You got that?"

There was a slight nod from Scott as the struggled to breath.

"Good," Carson said as he released his hold.

Scott grabbed his throat as he gasped for air. He looked at Carson as he walked out of the shower room.

His teammates kept quiet and continued their showers.

"Fag lover," Scott whispered under his breath. "I'll get you."

Carson dressed quickly and left the locker room to find Iggy. He wore his royal blue spandex UA muscle shirt and a pair of denim shorts with flip flops. His mind was replaying the incident in the showers. He worried that his attraction for Iggy would ruin his chance at a athletic scholarship. He knew he had an excellent chance for getting a huge scholarship that would take most of the financial burden off of his mother's shoulders. Although he didn't want to deny the feelings he was having for Iggy he also thought that they would cause him to be distracted from the wrestling team. He didn't want to cause any other problems with his team mates or the wrestling coach. He wondered that if his teammates found out he was gay would they want him off the team. If that happened Carson wouldn't have a chance at a scholarship.

He walked into the gym to find Iggy. As he came closer he saw Iggy's face light up. His own heart rate increased as the distance between them grew smaller and smaller.

'How could I not care for this guy' he thought as he watched Iggy stand.

Iggy was dressed in a pair of blue skinny jeans that were tight on his smaller body. He wore a snug t-shirt that hugged his upper body. Although still skinny, Iggy's body was responding to his new exercise program. His body was getting toned and tight. Carson's body yearned to be close to him and he could feel a stirring in his shorts. He wanted nothing more than to take Iggy in his arms and embrace him. Pressing his lips to his was a constant thought in his mind. Carson's imagined them naked in bed and having wild sex. But was he kidding himself? Did he really want a gay relationship? He was only 16 years old and still not sure if he was gay. Did he want to go down that path? Did he want to face the almost certain difficult life of a gay teen?

Iggy saw Carson enter the gym and a smile spread across his face. As Carson drew closer to him Iggy saw the faraway look on Carson's face. He wasn't sure what his friend was thinking about but he hoped that it was him. Ever since that time in his room Iggy felt desire to be closer to Carson. But the times they had been together nothing else had happened. He definitely wanted more to happen between them but he didn't want to push too hard and possibly ruin things between them.

"Hey," Iggy said as Carson stopped in front of him. "Good match."

Carson looked down at him and a slight smile crossed his lips. "Hey Iggy. Thanks. Did you enjoy watching?"

"Oh yeah it was cool. I didn't really know what was going on but I think I got the gist of it towards the end."

Carson smiled, "Well, I'll have to explain the rules of the game. But right now let's get out of here. What do you want to do?"

"Are you hungry? We can go to my place and have some food there or if you want something else we can go there."

"Your place sounds great. I'm in the mood for a little Mexican." Carson smiled at the double innuendo.

"Okay, Mexican it is then."

Casa Sanchez had just finished the lunch rush when the two young men entered the front door. There were still a few customers in the restaurant and that was always a good sign to Iggy. He led Carson to a table in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen. As they sat down they heard a crash from the kitchen. Applause could be heard coming from the kitchen as Iggy stood up.

"I'm going to see what's going on in the kitchen. I'll be right back," he smiled at Carson as he made his way to the kitchen.

He entered to see his sister Eva with a broom and dust pan clearing up pieces of a plate that was the cause of the crash.

"Is everything okay in here?"

Eva looked up, "Oh hi Iggy. Yea, I'm just clearing up another mess."

She glanced over to a table in the corner of the kitchen. David, Iggy's 8 year old brother sat with a sad look on his face. Next to David sat Carolina reading her book and next to her Jaime sat playing his video game. After school on Friday all the Sanchez children came to the restaurant for an early dinner.

"Was he running around in the kitchen?" he asked his sister.

"Yes, I was talking to mom and turned my back for only a minute. Then I heard the crash."

Iggy looked over and saw both his parents busy with the preparing of foods for the dinner rush. He walked over and greeted them and asked if he could have two orders of chicken enchiladas.

"Two, why do you need two?" his father asked him.

"It's for me and my friend Carson. He's out in the dining room and we're both starving."

His mother over heard their conversation. She looked at her husband when she heard him explain his reason for two orders of food. She held her breath and waited to see if he would say anything to Iggy.

"You're not going to eat with the family today?" Francisco Sanchez asked.

"This is sort of like a celebration dinner. Carson won his wrestling match today." Iggy looked at his father.

His father grunted and turned back to the preparation. "Give me five minutes and I'll start your enchiladas."

Iggy threw his arms around him, "Gracias Papi," he said as he kissed his father on the cheek.

Paola smiled as she continued her work and breathed a little easier.

Iggy walked over to his siblings, "Hey guys come out to the dining room. I want you to meet someone."

The kitchen door swung open and all the Sanchez clan entered the dining room. Carson smiled as he saw Iggy with he assumed was his brothers and sisters.

They all stopped in front of the table as Carson stood up.

"Carson, I want you to meet my brothers and sisters," Iggy said as he gestured toward his family.

"This is Eva, she the next oldest after me."

"Hello Eva, it's nice to meet you," he said as he shook her hand.

Eva blushed and smiled, "It's nice to meet you too."

"And these are the twins, Jaime and Carolina," Iggy introduced.

"Hello, I'm Carson," he said as he shook both of their hands. "It's nice to meet you both."

Both Jaime and Carolina returned his smile, "It's nice meeting you too," Jaime answered for both of them.

"And this little guy is David," Iggy said and he picked up David and sat him on his hip. "He's 8 years old."

"Hello David, I'm Carson." Carson reached out to shake David's hand but instead he found two arms reaching out to him. Carson took the hint and soon found himself with an armload of little boy.

"You have big muscles." David said.

Carson chuckled, "Yes I have big muscles."

"Do you wanna play horsey with me?" he asked.

"Horsey?"

Iggy giggled, "Not now David. Maybe later."

David wriggled out of Carson's arms. As he reached the floor he looked up at Carson, "Promise?"

Carson held up his right hand, "I promise."

David smiled, "Okay!" He turned and started to skip towards the kitchen. All the others followed leaving Iggy and Carson alone again.

Carson laughed, "He's cute."

Iggy smiled, "Yes, he is." He looked at Carson, "Not as cute as you though."

He blushed as he looked at Iggy, "I'm nothing special."

Iggy reached over and placed his hand on his, "You're very special to me."

He looked into Carson's eyes. His heart was racing. His other hand moved and held Carson's hand.

"I think..."

At that moment Francisco came to the table and saw his son and Carson.

Carson quickly withdrew his hand and lowered his eyes.

His father placed the plates on the table and looked at both young men.

"Papi, I want you to..."

Francisco ignored Carson, "Ignacio, can I see you in the kitchen please?"

"But Papi..."

"Now, Ignacio!"

Carson looked as Iggy stood from the table and followed his father. He lowered his head in his hands and said a quick prayer. --
