Prologue

Who really cares how important love can be or mean to teenagers? The first assumption is that of human nature and instinct, because when we refer to teenagers, we see them as young people who are just starting to experience life. However we fail to see of how serious it can be to some, experiencing love during this stage of life. Peter Pan was a boy who didn't want to be an adult now that childhood meant everything to him. It was an ever lasting time of fun and adventure, which would keep him very much alive and innocent throughout an endless life. And since adolescence is known to be as one of the most exciting stages of our lives, then why not love it as much as Peter Pan loved childhood? It is a stage of change, of experimentation, of realization, and of self-identification in which we start embracing life as it is and to build our own destinies as we desire. Aaron and Jeremy had started this stage experiencing love at a very young age; it is a beautiful thing because loving at such early age can teach us to appreciate what life can give us at any given time... It also helps to build our own personal character. There's one thing that spiced things up a little bit more, or better say, complicated them more; they were teenage celebrities and growing up in such environment could be a hectic and demanding task.

We only live once and since it has been put this way, then we have no other choice but to enjoy the present to the fullest. Leave the past behind because what's done is done and there's no turning back. See towards the future as a dream that we intend to make it come true but not to be expecting anything exact from it and fear of how our life can turn out to be. Aaron Carter was leaving the past behind and setting his sights in an ideal future with Jeremy, but then again we can't expect much from it because not always we get exactly what we want. We live a life in the present letting it become a present future because each second that passes by it is future becoming present. But such time analysis can be confusing because we define this as a line that is marked by each step that we take into what's coming next. Jeremy Sumpter was doing the same thing as well. Those dark events that happened were behind and things were looking up better now... Time was running out though, they didn't have much time left to be together because the parting of the ways was drawing nearer. Now they'll have to face their destinies as they are. It is not a fairy tale what they are living, neither it ever was. They must definitely need to follow the destiny of their youth...

"So I am getting together with Jeremy again?" She gasped out of excitement, "For the release tour of Peter Pan around the world?" Rachel asked excitedly as she walked out of Universal Studios Building with P. J. Hogan, the director from Peter Pan.

"Well of course Rachel, it is going to be a great experience!" He replied as he walked with her towards the car. "Jeremy had been in New York City for the premiere of the movie during Christmas, now you guys have other places to go!"

"Oh I can't wait to see him again, I've got to tell Emma!" Rachel said with her strong British accent...

It begins...

Chapter 8 <>

One month later...

<<February 4th, 2004>> Suffolk County, Long Island, NY.

Juan entered the house from the front door and he was carrying some groceries he had bought on the way back home. There was laughter and yelling coming from the livingroom, which seemed to have become an entertainment zone. Juan walked inside the kitchen and put down the bags on the counter and as he did so, a pair of strong arms wrapped themselves around his waist and then he felt someone's lips kissing his neck.

"Hey gorgeous!" Kevin said as he planted many kisses on Juan's neck.

"Oh this is a nice way to be greeted!" Juan said turning around and placing his arms around Kevin's neck.

"I'm glad you liked it!" Kevin smiled as he leaned in for a kiss. Then the both of the were soon making out quite passionately by the kitchen's counter until Jeremy and Aaron, who was carrying little Esteban, were walking in.

"Get a room you too, children in the area!" Aaron said as he covered little Esteban's eyes with his hand. Both Kevin and Juan stumbled as they heard the young boy's voice, apparently they scared the hell out of them. Jeremy just snickered at the sight of the two adults.

"Hey there guys!" Juan said waving a hand at them.

"Hey Juan!" Jeremy said as he walked over the fridge and took out some ice cream.

"Y como esta el bebe mas lindo del mundo?" Juan said in Spanish referring to his one-year-old son who still had his eyes covered by Aaron's hand. The baby, as soon as he heard his father's voice just rose his little arms and started struggling to get to him. Aaron laughed at the little one's attempt but couldn't make it because when Juan reached to get his son Aaron took a few steps back.

"What was that he said?" Jeremy asked Kevin who was giving Aaron a funny stare.

"He just said, `And how is the most beautiful baby in the world doing today?'" Kevin translated for him. After all he was getting used to the Spanish quite easily and he had been learning a lot.

"Oh!" Jeremy said as he took a spoonful of caramel ice cream.

"Why wont you let me hold my baby?" Juan asked suspiciously.

"Not until the both of you had pulled yourselves together!" Aaron replied and then he couldn't hold his laughter any longer.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Juan asked. Jeremy followed Aaron's stare and rather than starting to laugh he blushed profusely. Both Adults were totally puzzled until Jeremy spoke: "Oh God, I'm mostly embarrassed for the both of you!" And then he let out a few laughs as he pointed to Juan and Kevin's crotches. Kevin's sweat pants were tenting and Juan had a growing bulge inside his tight jeans. As soon as both of them realized what were Aaron and Jeremy referring to, they both turned around blushing and then Aaron and Jeremy took off laughing with little Esteban towards the living room.

"Relax guys, it happens to all of us!" Aaron yelled from the other room and then snickering followed the smart assessment. Both Kevin and Juan were very embarrassed but decided to laugh it off, after all, it was true. Then they decided to take their business to their room and finish it off there.

"So when can I come over and see you?" A girl's voice sounded on Nick's cell phone speaker.

"Not now Paris, we'll be back in Tampa right after Valentine's day!" Nick replied as he played with Brian's wavy hair. "I guess we'll see each other by then!"

"But two weeks is too long... I miss you so bad!" She said. Brian just rolled his eyes and sighed. The both of them had been laying on the bed just enjoying some time with each other until they were disturbed by a very unexpected call.

"I'll talk to you later, I gotta go!" Nick said.

"Awww, alright, but promise me that you will call me later on tonight!" Paris said.

"Alright!" Nick just shrugged. He was just looking for any excuse to get off the phone.

"Talk to you then!" She said.

"Alright, bye!" Nick replied and then he closed his cell phone ending the call. Then he just threw it to the couch across the bed and went back to cuddling with his lover.

"Is she always that annoying?" Brian asked with his eyes closed.

"Just lately, she has been all needy ever since our last date!" Nick replied, "She thinks that because we went out once and we had a little fling, we're like a couple now!"

Brian sighed again with a smile and said: "If only she knew!" Nick also smiled and then placed a kiss on his boyfriend's lips.

Right after an hour, Aaron and Jeremy had taken Esteban upstairs to his room because he had fallen asleep and then the boys went back downstairs were they settled down again in front of the TV. Will & Grace was on and soon they were laughing uncontrollably at Karen Walker when she is with Jack at a gay wedding in Vermont. Jack had been craving caffeine and Karen was craving alcohol so the both of them were sort of desperate and were acting stupid slapping each other in the face.

Moments later, Mr. Sumpter arrived with a very unusual demeanor. He looked troubled and a little upset and as much as he tried hiding it from the rest it was definitely evident. He tried to divert the attention to Jeremy's birthday, which was the following day. Everybody started to plan something without Jeremy knowing what was it going to be all about. Jeremy was oblivious to that now that Mr. Sumpter took him away from the crowd as soon as he got home. Aaron was soon in the kitchen along with the rest figuring out what to do. Juan however, had gotten in charge of all and he had everything ready. Of course this was also with Mr. Sumpter's approval that Juan had set things up. There was a hot, straight-gay-friendly, latin club in Queens, which was going to be featuring on the night of February fifth, one of the queens of latin pop. She happened to be a friend of Juan so he had fixed everything so that they could all go as VIPs inside the club. It was going to be a blast and he was going to give these few whites a doze of the spicy flavor of Salsa. They really needed to experience the hotness of being latino. Aaron had gone out with Nick earlier to get Jeremy his birthday present and boy did they take a while. Nick decided to get him a surfing equipment set, for a fact he knew that Jeremy loved surfing so once he went back to California he would have a chance to use it. Aaron decided to be more romantic about it, he bought Jeremy a set of white gold rings, they were simply crafted like if they were wedding bands, but in the inside, there were phrases inscribed. The one that was for Jeremy read: A forever loving J' and the other one read J forever loving A'. Aaron seemed to be really happy about his gift so he was just going to wait for the right moment to give it to Jeremy.

Mr. Sumpter sat down in the couch with Jeremy and as he did so, he took the remote and turned off the TV. Jeremy was a little puzzled by his father's attitude so he just sat there and waited to listen intently to what he had to say to him.

"Jeremy, I had a call from Mr. Hogan!" Mr. Sumpter went straight to the point. Jeremy knew exactly what it meant.

"When do I have to leave?" Jeremy asked simply.

"The fifteenth!" Mr. Sumpter replied.

"Well, sooner or later I was going to have to leave!" Jeremy gave his father a weak smile, "We can't stay here forever!"

"I know son, and that's precisely why I wanted to talk to you about your relationship with Aaron!" Mr. Sumpter said. "I was afraid that this might happen. Unfortunately, the two of you have two different lives and have to deal with different businesses!" Jeremy just nodded expressionlessly as he listened to his dad. "I know you love him and I truly approve of you loving him. The boy really is something special and he is welcome to my family anytime but... You guys will be apart for an awfully long time. I don't want either of you to suffer and all I'm suggesting is that you guys have a talk before the time comes!"

"Don't worry, Dad, we will talk!" Jeremy replied, "I'm sure he is well aware of that too!"

"OK then, lets just get rid of the long faces, tomorrow is your fifteenth birthday and we have to be happy about that!" Mr. Sumpter smiled warmly at his son.

"Sure!" Jeremy replied with another weak smile and then they headed to the kitchen were everybody else was.

"Shut up, shut up, shut up, they're coming!" Aaron said warning the rest who were still fixing the last details for Jeremy's surprise party. Then Jeremy and Gary came in.

"So, what's up?" Jeremy asked the rest who were doing there best to pretend to be doing something else other than planning something.

"Oh ummm nothing much, we're deciding what we'll have for dinner tonight!" Kevin replied nonchalantly.

"Uh huh!" Jeremy sighed.

"Why don't we go out to a restaurant or something?" Gary suggested.

"Sounds good to me!" Kevin said looking at Juan, then, Nick and then Brian. They seemed to nod as Kevin traveled with his stare from one side to the other.

"OK, who's driving?" Kevin asked as he grabbed his coat from the little coat closet by the entrance door.

"I am!" Juan replied, then Kevin took the keys out from his coat's pocket and threw them across the kitchen. Juan just rose his hand and without looking he caught them. Kevin smiled and then said: "That's my baby!"

"I'm the best!" Juan said with a smirk.

"Ugh get over yourself!" Nick smiled and then they all walked out...

And it had been a month ever since David died. A month in which many things happened, and none of them any less terrifying than the Central Park Showdown. However, at the end of all this trouble they managed to find some peace and now were enjoying their little time that they still had to be together. Jeremy and Aaron grew even closer to each other... In so little time they seemed to have become twin souls... Nick and Brian were enjoying their love as well and Kevin, Juan and little Esteban were making the most cute and adorable family ever. Gary Sumpter missed his wife and his daughters, but he knew that he would be seeing them again soon. He also was having a great time with his son, he was getting to know this new side of Jeremy's life who's happiness was next to his boyfriend Aaron Carter. He really felt very happy for the both of them but at the same time he was really concerned when each of them had to take their own ways again...

That night everyone slept calmly except for Jeremy, he had been having this weird dreams that he couldn't quite understand. He slept wrapped in his boyfriend's arms but even though he felt protected by him, his mind was still vulnerable. His forehead was dripping cold sweat, his head turned and his face was twitching, like if he was being terrified by something in his dreams...

"So this is how it goes!" Scott said as he pointed the gun at Jeremy's temple, "Since you are the cause of all this disgrace, you must also suffer a loss!" Jeremy was trembling underneath Scott's touch of his hand over Jeremy's shoulder.

"No, please, let him go, it's me who you want, kill me, don't hurt him, he has nothing to do with this conflict!" Aaron pleaded as he was kneeling down with his arms handcuffed to an iron bar of the rooftop of a Manhattan building.

"But of course he is part of this, he's your weakness and your love, and I must take it away just like you took David from me!" Scott yelled back, "If you wouldn't have gotten on the way, maybe David would still be alive!"

Aaron was frustrated and powerless, rage had taken all over him after realizing that Scott was responsible for David's death, he had been the one who had set them up and had sent that gang and all those photographers there. Obviously Scott seemed out of it, he had gone insane.

Jeremy tried to keep calmed, he was just thinking for a way to get Aaron and himself out of all this mess that he had practically gotten themselves into.

"But since you're so desperate, I'll show you my great mercifulness, you will not see Sumpter here die, because to save you that emotional suffering I better kill you first!" Scott said rasing his gun from Jeremy's temple to pointing it to Aaron. Jeremy's heart raced in his chest his mind was flying through desperate thoughts of escaping.

It was dark and cold in that rooftop, however, the wind blew strangely and ever so gently, transporting with it, something that caught Jeremy's attention... White petals were flowing in the air... It seemed that he was the only one who was able to see them because neither Scott nor Aaron seemed to have noticed them. Then deep down Jeremy's mind the sound of ambulance sirens he was able to hear. Then images of something that had happened before flashed in his mind, but the weird thing was that he didn't remember that ever happening...

"Hurry, up he is losing blood fast!" One of the paramedics said as they put David inside the ambulance.

"Wait, there's one more, he's been injured in his head, he is constantly coming back to consciousness but then he passes out again!" Other paramedic said as he and a police officer put Jeremy inside right next to David.

"OK they're ready to go!" Then the doors were closed and soon the ambulance was off. Jeremy could feel movement and the sounds of the sirens were piercing through his ears so bad, he felt like if his whole head was flying. His eyes were wide open and he saw two middle-aged guys right next to him working on healing somebody else who was right next to him. He soon realized that they were paramedics. As he turned his head to the side he met the stare of a familiar face. It was David. His face was pale and he had tears on his eyes. Jeremy was having a hard time focusing his stare now that his vision was getting blurry from time to time. Then he heard David speak...

"I'm really sorry Jeremy!" David whispered, his voice cracking, "Tell him that I'm really sorry, and that I love him... I really wish you... the best and I... I hope you guys are really happy!" Jeremy's eyes widened as the last breath escaped David's body. "Just... take care of him for me... I'll be watching over you two... I'm... sorry!" And then David's eyes closed slowly. Jeremy could hear the two paramedics going frantic, "We're losing him, we need to get to the hospital fast... Drake hurry!"

Jeremy led out some tears at the dying form of David, after all, the guy didn't deserve that fate... Suddenly a huge pain caused him to yell...

Jeremy felt an awful pain at the side of his head and yelled... This caught Scott's attention and this was the opportunity. "NOW!!!" Jeremy heard David's voice echo in his mind. He deepened his elbow in Scott's stomach as hard as he could, then he grabbed Scott's right arm, which was holding the gun and twisted it inwards so the it was pointing it at himself and then a shot was fired. Scott yelled in pain and dropped the gun. He was walking backwards with a hand on his left shoulder, which was bleeding. As he continued walking he didn't notice the edge of the rooftop, he slipped on a piece of frozen water by the edge and fell backwards.

Jeremy saw him fall quickly followed by a loud `TUD' over something metallic. Jeremy then went over the edge to see where Scott had fallen.

"Where you going?" Aaron asked as Jeremy walked towards the edge, "Be careful!!!"

Scott had taken a bad fall after all, even though he didn't go beyond the emergency exit stairs. As he fell he hit the middle of his back with the edge of the metallic border of the stair-rest. When Jeremy took a look down, he was laying there unconscious.

"Jeremy, babe, get me out of here!" Aaron yelled.

"He's got the keys of the hand cuffs, I can't get down there, it's dangerous!" Jeremy replied.

"Just come here babe!" Aaron said, then Jeremy walked towards where Aaron was and hugged him... Jeremy was scared and he was still trembling after the whole thing. "Shhhh babe, it's alright, calm down, it's over!" Aaron tried to calm him down since he had noticed how nervous Jeremy was. "I... I... killed him!" Jeremy whispered in horror.

"Don't say that babe, you didn't do anything wrong!" Aaron tried to reason with him, "Now please, get my cell phone from my pocket and dial 911!"

Jeremy seemed hesitant to do so but Aaron's reassuring look calmed him somehow. "Just put the phone to my ear and I'll talk!" Jeremy did as he said and that was the end of it... The police arrived a few minutes after and freed Aaron from the hand cuffs. He soon was holding Jeremy in his arms.

Aaron told the whole story about how he had been kidnaped by Scott Berger and how he had revealed the truth about David's death. Officer Taylor, who had been in charge of the whole case, was now able to put all the pieces together and get locked up all the people that had to do with that incident. Lisbeth Berger had been taken into questioning after having found out that she had been at the scene of the events. Now she was going to be charged with criminal charges like, plotting murder and framing. Finally, the case was closed and David could rest in peace. Justice had been finally made.

In case you're wondering what happened to Scott, well, he wasn't lucky enough to die, he got the worst punishment ever. When he fell from the rooftop the broke his spine in several parts. The gun shot he received was a minor injury to his left shoulder comparing to the fate that awaited him from now on, he was not to walk anymore and his motor system had been totally messed up. He didn't end up in jail though, but worst, he went insane after the incident and was now being held at a psychiatric facility for criminals...

"GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" Jeremy yelled as he sat up as a lightning bolt on the bed also waking Aaron up.

"Baby are you alright? What's wrong?" Aaron asked frantically as he observed Jeremy panting and sweating. Jeremy didn't reply, instead he hugged Aaron and started sobbing on Aaron's shoulder. A minute after, Gary, Kevin and Nick were at the door of their room asking what was wrong.

"He just had a nightmare, it'll go away!" Aaron told them. Nick and Kevin went back to their rooms but Gary Sumpter stayed there.

"It's alright Mr. Sumpter, he'll be fine!" Aaron said to a very concerned Gary Sumpter. Without noticing, Jeremy had already fallen asleep in Aaron's arms again. "See? He's a fighter!" Aaron said winking at Gary who smiled in reply.

Gary walked up to their bed and ran his hand through his son's damped hair. "Thank you so much Aaron for loving him!" Gary said.

"No need to thank me, my love for him is unconditional!" Aaron replied, "Besides, I'm really sorry that he has had to go through so much horrible things just for being with me!"

"That is no problem, Aaron, it wasn't your fault!" Gary just leaned in and kissed his son's forehead and so he did the same with Aaron and with a warm smile he left the room closing the door behind.

Aaron smiled and then looked down to the sleeping Jeremy, who seemed so peaceful now. After a few minutes of staring at his boyfriend he laid back down still holding Jeremy in his arms. He gave him a soft kiss on the lips, "I love you, Jeremy!" and then he closed his eyes. Soon he was fast asleep.

The rest of the night went by uneventful...

<<Meanwhile, Across the Atlantic>>

"Oh that is fantastic, Rachel, so finally I'll be meeting the famous American Peter Pan!" Emma said smiling.

"Yeah, we should be meeting up with him by the end of the month and can't wait to see him again, he is such a great boy!" Rachel said. The two girls were having lunch at a restaurant two blocks away from the London Tower.

"So how is everything going with the movie?" Rachel asked.

"Oh we are so excited about this one, I'm telling you, it is great. This new director that we had was fantastic, and we had a lot of fun filming. Thank God everything went alright and we did not have any problems!" Emma responded quite enthusiastically.

"And how is Daniel, Rupert and Tom?"

"Oh they are just fine. They must be getting here anytime soon, they told me they'd meet us here!" Emma replied.

"I've been looking forward to seeing them again, we had so much fun at the cast party after you guys were done with the movie!" Rachel said.

"Yes!" Emma replied smiling and blushing slightly, "How could I possibly forget!" Rachel just giggled at Emma's face.

"So how are things going between you and Rupert?" Rachel was dying to ask. Emma blushed even more.

"We are doing fine, it has been a great time. I think Rupert is a wonderful guy!" Emma replied.

"Who is a wonderful guy?" A guy asked coming behind Emma, and scaring her a little.

"Bugger!" Emma said smiling as she got up to hug her boyfriend Rupert.

"You are wonderful, of course!" Emma said giggling.

"Yeah I must have thought so!" Rupert smiled.

"Oh PLEASE, Weasel, how full of yourself are you!" Another guy said behind them. Rupert just grunted at the sound of that voice.

"Hey Tom! Hey Dan!" Emma said, also giving the two other guys a hug and kiss on the cheek.

"Hey don't I get a kiss too?" Rupert complained.

"Definitely, but you get a better one!" Emma said as he locked her lips with his into a very sweet and tender kiss. It was quick though.

"I believe you all remember Rachel!" Emma said.

"Of course, Wendy of Peter Pan!" Daniel said stretching his hand to salute her.

"Hello guys!" She said with a warm smile as she shook Daniel's hand.

"She was just telling me that Jeremy Sumpter will be coming to London soon and we're going to be involved in many publicity activities with them!" Emma explained.

"Interesting, he is a really cute American, bet you have a huge crush on him!" Tom said. Rachel blushed because she indeed used to have a crush on the boy until she found out that he was gay. Of course it was not Rachel's place to let them know about Jeremy's sexuality because it was still a secret in the celebrity world. The fact that Daniel and Tom were a couple and openly gay with his friends was not a reason for her to tell them. She just shook her head and laughed.

"Can you be any more inappropriate, Felton?" Rupert snapped at him.

"It's OK Rupert, Jeremy is really gorgeous but no, I never saw him nor liked him as anything more than a friend!" Rachel said.

"Yes, he is gorgeous all right!" Emma said and then Rupert glared at her.

"What do you think Dan?" Tom asked his boyfriend who had been awfully quiet all the time that they had been there chatting with the girls.

"He is a fine boy!" Dan said not making anymore emphasis in his comment.

"Oh well, we will see him in person so then we can tell how good looking he is!" Tom said.

"Oh come on, lets talk about something that I can be part of!" Rupert said feeling quite neglected.

"Oh that's true Weasel, sorry about that, so what do you think about Jeremy? Do you think he is hot?" Tom asked holding back his laughter.

"Shut up, Felton, and quit calling me Weasel!" Rupert said stating to get annoyed. Him and Tom didn't get along that well ever since they met. It was sort of the same as it was in the movie between Ronald Weasely and Draco Malfoy but less severe.

"Enough with the both of you!" Daniel said putting an arm around each Rupert and Tom. "You guys need to get along better!" Emma just nodded.

"We are just fine!" Tom said, "Yeah, we are fine!" Rupert said as well.

"I wouldn't buy that!" Emma said smiling at the two guys.

"All right, leaving the hostility aside, what are we doing here wasting time? Lets go and do something productive!" Daniel said, "Good thing I don't have to be dealing with school in a while!"

"Sure, we were thinking about going out shopping but we do not know where to...!" Emma was saying but was cut off by Rachel.

"Oh my God, today is February the fifth, it is Jeremy's birthday, I've got to call him!" Rachel said...

Back in Long Island, New York...

Aaron woke up at the sound of shoveling outside, but that wasn't the only thing that disrupted his sleep, he felt some tickles running up and down his nose. He instinctively just brought his hand to his face to scratch it away and then he felt a creamy-soap-scented thing splattered all over his face now. Aaron shot his eyes wide open to see his brother snickering at him.

"Oh Why you...!" Aaron was going to say but then Nick shut him up by putting his hand on Aaron's mouth.

"Shhhhh!" Nick said as he pointed to Jeremy, who was still asleep.

"Oh!" Aaron said and then he got up from the bed. Nick took him out in the small corridor of the second floor and handed him a towel to wipe off the shaving cream he had all over his face. Brian was coming out of the other room and then saw Aaron cleaning his face.

"Ha, ha! That's the oldest joke in the book Aaron, and you should know it Joker Master!" Brian laughed.

"Oh shut up!" Aaron replied.

"I can't believe you pulled it on the little one, babe!" Brian said kissing Nick quick on the lips.

"Come on, Bri, don't encourage him, then he is gonna attack me with the worst!" Nick said. "Oh well, A, at least you wont have to wash your face this morning!" Brian said then Aaron have had it, so he threw the towel and hit Brian in the face with it.

"On your way, Littrel!" Aaron said in a serious voice.

"OK, OK!" Brian said still laughing and then he went downstairs.

"You and your boyfriend can be really annoying sometimes!" Aaron said.

"This place is awesome!" Jeremy said staring through the glass at the people dancing. He had never been to a club before so he was totally amazed by the place itself and the environment. Of course if he would have gone to a regular club, the impression would have been completely different, but so far he was looking forward to enjoying the night with his friends, boyfriend and father. After a while of settling down, the song was over and then the DJ came on to the middle of the dance floor to make some announcements.

"What's up everybody! Como estan todos? Bienvenidos a otra noche de diversion y sabor aqui en Estravaganza.!" He said and then the people cheered and applauded. "Esta noche, we have a special event here and for that we have a very special guest. First of all, tenemos una sorpresa de cumpleanios para una celebridad que esta entre nosotros. So I'm gonna ask the following person to come down here to the dance floor so that we know who we're talking about. Jeremy, please come down here and receive your present!"

At the sound of his name, Jeremy felt like if he was glued to the seat. His face also turned into several shades of red and then he could hear some cheering and whistling.

"What are you waiting for? Go!" His father said pulling him up then the DJ called again.

"Are you coming or not Jeremy to claim your birthday present?" And the people kept on cheering. Then Nick got up and pushed Jeremy out of the small lounge and yelled: "HE'S HERE, HE'S COMING DOWN NOW!" Then the white light fell upon Jeremy. He shyly walked down the small stairs and as he did so, he could hear people whispering things; some in English and some in Spanish.

"Mira que joven tan lindo!" A girl said.

"Esta divino, blanquito tenia que ser!" Her friend replied to her comment.

"Wait, I've seen him somewhere!" A guy said at the other side.

"Yeah, isn't he the guy from Peter Pan?"

"Oh yeah, I thought he looked familiar!"

Then Jeremy walked faster and soon he was joining the DJ on the dance floor. "Come on over here, don't be shy!" The DJ said.

"OK!" Jeremy replied and then walked up to him.

"There you go! OK everybody, it is my pleasure to introduce you to Jeremy Sumpter, we know him from the movie Peter Pan which hit the theaters this past Christmas. Today, our friend here is celebrating his fifteenth birthday and all his friends wanted to give him a nice present but first... Bring over the cake!" The DJ said. This time Jeremy was feeling a little bit embarrassed. He felt like if he was being treated like a child. A guy brought a nice looking cake on a cart. It had a candle in the form of the number fifteenth and right in front of it, there was an envelope. The DJ pulled Jeremy in front of the cake and then continued talking.

"Now, everybody, lets sing the song for our friend Jeremy here so that he can make his wish and blow the candle!" Then everybody started singing following the soft tune of the birthday song coming out of the speakers. The song was half sung in English and the other half in Spanish. After having totally embarrassed Jeremy, he made his wish: `I wish for Aaron and I to love each other forever!' and then he blew the candle. Everybody applauded and cheered once more and then Gary, Aaron, Nick, Brian, Kevin and Juan, joined him on the dance floor.

"Now here is your present buddy!" The DJ handed Jeremy the envelope. Jeremy took it and stared at it for a while and asked the rest: "Haven't I had enough yet?" and the rest shook their heads smiling. Then Jeremy proceeded to open it. When he read what was inside he was overjoyed to find four tickets to Acapulco for the Easter Holidays. Then he hugged each and everyone of them leaving Aaron for last and when he got to hugged his boyfriend, it was followed by a quick sweet tender kiss for which people whistled and cheered about.

"Thank you all, this has been my best birthday ever!" Jeremy said almost crying out of emotion.

"Your mother is also big part of it so you should thank her too!" Gary said.

"Definitely!" Jeremy said.

"And now ladies and gentlemen, our special celebrity guest, make some noise for THALIA!" The DJ announced, and then the noise from the crowd went completely deafening. All the people were getting up from their seats and gathering around the dance floor. A few fire works went off and there she was, wearing white leather outfit, Thalia started performing a song from her latest album Accion y Reaccion, A quien le importa.

La gente me señala. Me apuntan con el dedo. Susurran a mis espaldas. Y a mi me importa un bledo.

All the people started dancing at the rhythm of the music and the party was on. Jeremy was pulled aside by Aaron who started dancing behind him rubbing his back with his chest and running his hands at the sides of Jeremy's body. Jeremy soon picked up with Aaron's pace and started enjoying the music. "See it's not that difficult?" Aaron whispered on Jeremy's ear. Jeremy just nodded and led himself be guided by his boyfriend.

Que más me da. Si soy distinta a ellos. No soy de nadie. No tengo dueño.

Near them, Nick was enjoying himself dancing with Brian. These two were professional dancers so they were not having any problem whatsoever. Juan and Kevin were at the opposite side of the rest and were also dancing in a very sexy way. Since it was a very straight-gay friendly club, no body minded the same sex couples, they were all just having fun.

Yo sé que me critican. Me consta que me odian. La envidia les corroe. Mi vida les agobia.

Por qué será?. Yo no tengo la culpa. Mi circunstancia les insulta.

As she sang, she was walking around the dance floor in between the people also performing her choreography. She got close to Juan and Kevin and joined their dance. Then she picked up with the chorus of her song...

During this part, a woman holding a violin came out and started playing along with the music. It was a fine rhythm and people got louder as Thalia pointed her finger at her.

Quizá la culpa es mía. Por no seguir la norma. Ya es demasiado tarde. Para cambiar ahora. Me mantendré firme en mis convicciones. Reforzaré mis posiciones.

Mi destino es el que yo decido. El que yo elijo para mí.

By the time, Thalia was preparing to end her song, so she got back at the middle of the dance floor where a platform was rising her up.

As soon as she finished people cheered and applauded the latin pop singer. She smiled while catching her breath and then took the microphone. "Muchas gracias mi gente latina!" She said, "It's so good to be here with all of you, I'll be here all night so I hope you enjoy your stay here. I'm also here to wish Jeremy a very happy birthday!" People cheered more. "I'll be performing a few songs more for you later so grab your partners, dance and enjoy!" She finished and with that she got off the dance floor where she joined Juan and Kevin.

"Que honda Esteban, como has estado? Que gusto de verte!" She said giving Juan a hug and a kiss on the cheek. She always liked calling him by his middle name.

"Todo bien, hermosura! Muchas gracias por estar aqui!" Juan said.

"No problem. So this is Kevin huh?" She said looking at the guy standing right next to him. "He sure looks even hotter in person!" She said offering a hand to Kevin, who was blushing a little at her comment..

"A pleasure to meet you!" Kevin said politely shaking her hand.

"The pleasure is all mine!" She replied.

"So how's your husband?" Juan asked.

"Oh he's fine, he'll be joining us later!" She replied. Then Nick, Brian, Aaron and Jeremy came back to the little lounge. Juan introduced everyone and they all settled and started a nice chat. Thalia took Juan to the dance floor a few times to dance some rounds of salsa as well as Kevin. Then she took Aaron and Jeremy and gave them some lessons of Salsa and Merengue so that they had some notions of Latin rhythm whenever they went out dancing. In fact Jeremy got it quite fast and soon was enjoying it dancing with Aaron. The night went by unnoticed since they were having so much fun...

They decided to go back home around 3 in the morning. While they were riding back home Jeremy could not stop talking of what a great time he had at the Club. He really enjoyed this new experience and couldn't stop thanking everyone for it, especially Juan. When they got home, everyone went directly to their rooms, said good night, and went to sleep. Jeremy had a huge smile on his face as he changed clothes to go to bed. Aaron was in the bathroom also changing.

Jeremy put on some shorts and Aaron's black thank top and then he got inside the covers and patiently awaited for Aaron. Then Aaron turned off the light of the bathroom and came out. He was only wearing his black boxer-briefs and walked towards the bed. He only got on top of Jeremy who was staring at him still smiling.

"Your birthday isn't over yet!" Aaron said to him seductively.

"I know!" Jeremy replied.

"We need to finish what we left undone this morning!" Aaron said pressing his lips against Jeremy's. And so they continued celebrating Jeremy's birthday in a very passionate and intimate way...

******************* It begins... The downfall of Aaron and Jeremy...

"Jeremy!" Mr. Sumpter called from downstairs.

"Be right there, Dad!" Jeremy replied getting all his stuff ready... When he got downstairs, his father told him that he was going to be taking him to were Aaron was in Manhattan. All their bags were packed and they only had one day left before they went back to LA.

It was valentines day and Aaron had prepared a very romantic night for his boyfriend. He wanted to keep this moment in their memories forever as a very special one...

******************** A very romantic night that brings tears of joy and pain...

Aaron took Jeremy's hand in his and kissed every finger tip of it. With his other hand he ran his fingers through Jeremy's hair. Jeremy let out a few more tears and hugged Aaron.

"I love you so much...!" Jeremy sobbed, "I don't want to go!"

"Me neither baby... We knew this was going to happen!" Aaron replied holding Jeremy in his arms.

"I thought I was going to be able to handle it but I can't... I just can't!" Jeremy said.

"Baby!" Aaron said trying to hold his tears back, "I wish the circumstances were different but, we can't fight it, it is like the destination we have to take. I swear that I'll keep in touch with you no matter what, and if possible, I'll try to see you before we go to Acapulco in April!"

"You promise?" Jeremy asked still sobbing.

"That, I promise you baby!" Aaron replied truthfully...

******************** The memory of David will be revived by somebody else in Aaron's mind...

When They arrived at the spot near the tree, Nick and Aaron got off the car. They walked towards David's grave. As they got closer, they could make out the figure of someone kneeling beside the grave holding a bouquet of white roses.

"Who is that?" Nick asked his brother.

"I dunno!" Aaron shrugged, "Lets find out then!" They continued walking towards the person and when they were a few steps behind him they could hear him speaking to noone.

"I'm really sorry I couldn't be there for you Dave!" He seemed to be crying. But then he sensed that he wasn't alone. He got up and turned around to face Nick and Aaron. Then they saw that it was a young man of brown hair and greenish eyes.

"Oh I'm sorry, wasn't expecting to see somebody else here!" The guy said whipping some tears from his face.

"It's alright, no need to be sorry for anything at all!" Aaron said, "We're the ones sorry for intruding!" Nick added.

"That's alright, I was in about to leave anyways!" He said.

"No stay, we don't mind, we were just coming to say bye to him before we go!" Aaron said, "I'm...!"

"...Aaron Carter, I know. And this is your brother Nick Carter!" The guy said shyly.

"Well I guess you know us well enough!" Aaron laughed, "But you look awfully familiar, haven't I seen you somewhere?"

"I'm Michael Angarano!" He replied...

********************* Another threatening danger will be revealed...

"Why are you going to New York City all of a sudden?" Nicky asked her older sister.

"I'm gonna surprise Nick and I want to spend Valentines day with him, besides, it's my birthday gift to me!" Paris replied, "Want to come with me?"

"OK, but when are we leaving?" Nicky asked.

"We're leaving at three so you better be ready!" Paris said...

********************* And the dreaded farewell that will mark the parting of the ways...

"I love you Jeremy, never forget that!" Aaron sobbed as he kissed his boyfriend goodbye.

"I love you too Aaron!" Jeremy replied hugging Aaron tightly

"Be safe baby, I'll see you soon!" Aaron said as he led go of Jeremy's hand...

********************* Will they be able to get back together? Or is the destiny of their youth to be apart?

Alright, finally chapter 8 is out... I must apologize to all for such long delay but after Part I of Aaron & Jeremy I decided to take a break. I decided to make chapter 8 a little longer to somehow pay off the long wait and I hope you all like it. By the way, the abundance of Spanish in the story was necessary to make the latin environment more accurate. If there's any questions about it, please don't hesitate in asking. Regarding chapter 9, I'm in about to be done with it. I divided it in three parts that will be dealing with different issues. I'm not so sure when it will be out but lets just hope that is soon... That will be all for now and thanks to those who were patient enough and that are still around to read my story. Also thank you all so much for the feedback I got for chapter 7, I was expecting the worst but it turned out to be great. Thank you so much.
