Disclaimer, you know the deal, no reading unless you are over the age limit of 21 or whateva it is that your country says it is! blah blah blah! This story does not imply that anyone ('Nsync) mentioned here is gay blah blah, or that I know any of them personally blah blah....... I wish I did know them though, it wouldn't be all that bad.

I can't believe this, I'm actually getting responses, not as much as I hoped for, but still they've all been good, which basically means I'm gonna continue. This is weird, I never actually got around to writing this, I've delayed it over and over again, but the major thing is that I want this to turn out good. My ideas mainly spring to me when I'm thinking before I fall asleep, or when I'm sitting/lying there by myself. Those are the best times for ideas and to think things through, so use that time wisely. BTW, I have a little hidden thing in my story. Something that's really hard to pick up on, and only 1 other person other than me knows. Try to pick it out, and if you get it correct, then you might get something special from me! Here's a clue, its mentioned once in this chapter and once in chapter 1. The clue isn't the thing but if u find the clue then it is BASIC to work out the thing. You better start looking now coz a MAJOR clue is gonna come into the story in the next chapter. And the chapter after that is gonna have the ANSWER! Well no more babbling from me......here it is

Destiny's Decision

|previously on Destiny's Decision|

He turned around, wrapped his arms around Justin's neck and started jumping and yelling "Oh My God, Oh My God, I can't believe this! I ACTUALLY got the job!"

"Can't.....breathe.....air" Justin muttered out

Jason suddenly realised what he just did and stepped back and started blushing "I'm sorry, I got a bit excited."

"That's ok, anyway, we're gonna be seeing each other a lot now since you're gonna be helping out Steve with the tours and stuff. So you're gonna get pretty sick of us after a while."

Justin couldn't help but smile at the teen infront of him, the kind of smile that he hadn't had for a long time, one of happiness. He knew that Jason was someone special, there was no doubting it, there was already a friendship between them, and whether or not it was going to change, he didn't know.

Chapter 2

Not a word was spoken inside the lift between Justin and Jason. As they reached ground floor, both were hesitant in exiting, but in the end Jason walked out first. Just as Justin was about to say goodbye and head to the private carpark, the receptionist spoke up,

"Excuse me, are you Jason Teaka?" the receptionist asked.

"Yes I am, is...there a problem?" Jason was confused.

"Your sister left a message for you," she flipped through some papers on her desk, until she finally found a small note, "here it is. Have a nice day." she flashed a fake smile, as all receptionists do these days.

Jason read the note:

Hey Jase, I'm sorry I can't pick you up, boss called an urgent meeting on us. Jesse said that she could come pick you up when you were done, just give her a call. Sorry Jase

Love Kathy

Jason let out a loud sigh, which caught Justin's attention.

"Is there something wrong Jason?" Justin wanted desperately to know what the note said.

"Nothing really, just that my sister can't pick me up. She had some surprise meeting she had to go to. Told me to ring my other sister up to pick me up instead."

"I could give you a lift home if you want?" Justin was pleading in his own mind for Jason to accept. All he thought of was, 'It'll take a miracle for him to accept.'

"Um.........well........if it's OK with you.........then, um yeah." Jason was practically speechless. 'How could I possibly refuse. That look on his face, it's so.......beautiful, so pleading. But he wasn't, was he, no, he couldn't be. He's adored by millions of fans, he can't be. There's no need to get your hopes up over something so impossible.'

"Cool......um, my car's this way." Justin was trying so hard to not leap up in joy

They walked in silence to Justin's car, the tension between the two was thick enough to suffocate someone. Finally Justin had to speak up, main reason being was that he needed to know where Jason lived.

"Um, you kinda need to tell me where you live so that I CAN take you home." the tension was dissolving, Justin relaxed slightly after asking the question.

"um, I think it was, 72 Lockat Drive." Jason strained to remember the address.

"You THINK. Oh no. I don't really want to drive around until you remember exactly where you live." Justin tried being sarcastic, but it only embarassed Jason further.

"I shouldn't bother you then, I'll go call my sister instead." Jason was slightly upset, he wasn't paying attention to the fact that Justin was just trying to be friendly.

"NO! You are staying right here. I said I would take you home, and I will!" Justin finalised their little argument by driving off.

"We're going to go to 72 Lockat Drive first since it's close to where I live, and I know where it is. If that ain't right, then you'll just hafta come to my place to ring your sister and find out your REAL address." There was no arguing with Justin, there was just no point, sometimes he was just too stubborn.

The drive was quick, but unfortunately (depending on which side you look at) the address wasn't right. Another 5 minutes drive and they were pulling into Justin's house, no wrong, mansion. Jason just sat there staring at everything, the garden, the house, everything.

"Hey Jason, snap out of it, you can get out of the car now." Justin couldn't help but laugh at the way Jason was looking.

"Oh, um, I'm sorry, it's just that, I've never been to a house this, big. Oh and, call me Jase, Jason's just too formal." The tension had leaked away with the drive, and all that was left now was two friends.

The inside of the house was just as HUGE as the outside, only the inside looked even BIGGER.

"How much people live here?" Jason's curiousity took over him, completely.

"Me, mum, my little bro, and JC usually stays here." Justin answered in an as-a-matter-of-factly way.

"Four people?, you could fit like 10 people in this place." Jason was still surprised.

"You probably could, hey, how you call your sis now. Unless you've forgotten the phone number as well." Justin couldn't help but embarass him again.

"I haven't forgotten the number, I never knew it in the first place." Jason played along with his game.

"Well geez, that makes it just SOO easy to get you home isn't it. I guess we'll hafta retrace your footsteps from when you left home and when you arrived for the interview." Justin was laughing through his words.

"No, I wrote the number down instead. So if you'll EXCUUSE me, I'll go call her." Jason couldn't be bothered with joking with Justin anymore, it was getting late and he needed to call before his sisters before they reported him kidnapped.

Just as Jason picked up the phone, Justin yelled out to him,

"Hey Jase, JC and the guys have gone out, they won't be coming home till Tuesday, so do you wanna have dinner with little old me? as like a celebration for you getting the job?" Justin was once again pleading, but this time it was more purposeful, he wanted to get to know Jason, alot more.

"Yeah that's cool, my sis won't mind." Saying yes seemed so right, so he went with it.

A few pokes of the numberpad and a few rings later, "Hey sis......yeah it's me......I'm at Justin's place.......he's one of the guys from the group........no comment........I said no comment..........shut up......I need to know your address so I can come home........nah, Justin invited me for dinner....... IT IS SO NOT THAT...............dunno.......no it isn't, get over it.......and no you can't go twisting the truth to Kathy....OK, love ya, BYE.......AM NOT, BYE!

"What was that all about?" Jason jumped at Justin's voice.

"um.....nothing, Jesse was making TOOO much assumptions, and accusations for that matter." Justin just nodded, and Jason was more than relieved that Justin didn't ask him what they were talking about. "um, where are we having dinner?" Jason tried changing the subject.

"I thought maybe here, since I thought that maybe there's no point for just the two of us." Justin said quite plainly.

"TWO? what about........your....your mum and brother?" Jason was caught off guard, by the fact that they were going to be ALONE.

"They're ova at my dad's place, they ain't coming home till Wednesday." Justin was wondering why Jase was making such a big deal out of it.

"um..............OK..........so........what are we having for dinner then?" Once again Jase tried changing the subject again.

"I was thinking, maybe I could cook something up, just depends on what's left in the fridge." Justin wanted Jase to feel at home, and since all his friends had tasted his cooking, and Jase was not going to be an exception. Even though he hardly knew him at all, he felt as though they already knew each other.

After a thorough re-organisation of the kitchen, they ended up plodding onto the couch, with nothing decided.

"How 'bout we order some pizza instead?" There was no alternative left, alternatives which meant they could have some privacy. 'No wait, why am I thinking like this, he isn't like that.....yes that's it, I just want to get to know him that's all. Just as a friend, a good friend that's all' Justin thought.

"Yeah, fine with me. And how about we rent a movie, we could watch while we eat?" Jason was treating Justin like a good friend already, and they had not known each other for 6 hours yet

"That's an even better idea! Com'on" Justin jumped up, dragged Jason up off the couch and the two of them bounded out the front door.

Justin had gone to get the pizzas after dropping Jason off at the video store to find a movie.

8:30pm They returned to Justin's place with 2 large pizzas, Urban Legend and Mortal Kombat Annihilation. All that was left was to choose which of the two movies to watch first.

"I wanna watch Mortal Kombat first" Justin pouted.

"Hey, you got the pizzas, I got the movies, I choose." Jason pouted back while he shoved Urban Legend into the VCR.

"FINE then, you ain't getting any pizza!" Justin snatched the two pizzas and slid over to the otherside of the couch.

"You're gonna die if you don't give that back!"

"Idle threats won't g" before Justin could finish, Jason had leapt across the couch and was wrestling the pizza out of Justins hands. Finally the pizzas ended up sitting on the couch while Justin and Jason were on the floor tyring to pin each other down. Although slightly smaller than Justin, Jason ended up victor.

"Now...do...you...give...up?" Jason panted out.

"NEVER!" Justin tried to struggle free, but unsuccessfully.

Jason instantly started to tickle assault Justin, who ended up flailing his legs around and laughing so much tears formed in his eyes.

"say Uncle! and I might be nice." Jason threatened as he continued tickling.

"NEVER!" Justin was being relentlessly tickled to death, "ok...ok...stop...UNCLE!"

When World War 3 ended between them, they had already missed half an hour of the movie and their pizza was getting cold.

Justin ended up clutching a pillow and blanket and sitting right next to Jason. When Urban Legend was finished Jason quickly got up and threw in Mortal Kombat. Justin had noticed Jason's head resting on his shoulder, but didn't look down at him until the movie finished. When he did, he found a peaceful and lovely face sound asleep. He decided not to wake him, so he pulled the blanket over themselves, hesitantly he put his arm around Jason's sleeping form, and lightly kissed Jason's forehead. He lay his head back and thoughts screamed through it. 'Is he the one? Could he be....' His thought never finished as he too drifted into the world of dreams.

PHEW, I have finally got the next chapter done! I wonder what those two are up to? is there a bond between them that they don't know of? Will Jason freak out the next morning when he wakes up? hehe, how about I know, and u dunno! I guess every one of you have worked out what Justin's secret is. if you haven't then you should read more carefully. I wonder what Justin's dreaming about......

Sorry if the story got a bit CRAP after a while, its late and I have realised that writing at this time of night is NOT good, so the next chapter WILL be better!

Next: Chapter 3
