Disclaimer
Okay, this isn't real. This story is a work of my imagination and is 100% pure fiction. It does not portray the reality of any members of *Nsync, Britney Spears or Wade Robinson. If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age in your area) do not continue reading, although if you are, no one is going to know. Also if you don't like gay material, and gay relationships then I suggest you stop at this point and time. Other then that, I hope you enjoy the story.
Notes
In my own world, Britney Spears doesn't exist, Justin, JC, and Wade are all my sex slaves and please me at will each and every night, and did I mention that I was having Justin's baby? Now that I got that out of the way, this story is set in the future. I don't know, let's say 10 years. Which would make all the characters roughly between 30 and 40 or something like that. It's not hard to understand. It's just like the title, and if you've seen E! True Hollywood Story you'd know what it's like. Sorta a behind the music type deal but more personal. So I hope you enjoy.
E! True Hollywood Story
Narrator: 2001 was a great year for *Nsync, after selling more then 1 million copies of Celebrity, and finishing up a tour spanning the United States, the pop fivesome knew a break was well needed and well deserved. But 2001 also marked a mixed up time for all the members of the highly ranked boy band.
Nick Carter speaks about the years twisted events.
Nick C : Looking back I'm surprised none of us saw it coming. But truth is, Lance was so busy with his stuff, and Chris was busy with his clothes, and JC was busy with Bobbee, and Joey was busy with Kelly and his kid, it's no wonder none of us saw it coming. Justin was just messed up, he and I had been dating for a couple years, Britney was a cover, and things were good at first.
I admit, I was jealous of him and Britney, they played it up real good in the spotlight that the media gave them. But I'm not taking responsibility for anything else besides a little bit of the green monster. Justin had his own problems when we broke up, none of which were my fault.
Narrator : That brings us to this house. Justin's first house away from home, where most of his problems with drugs, sex and alcohololism spawned and grew with rapid quickness, taking over the young singer's aspiring life.
Joshua Chasez : I remember the first time I saw Justin after he and Nick broke up. He was horrible, you could tell he had been drinking, and you could tell he was high. I wasn't surprised when I walked into his bedroom and found a strange man half drunk and half high himself. That's just the way Justin had become.
Narrator : Josh and Justin's friends all tried hard to keep Justin's problems out of the tabloids. But news hit hard and fast when Justin was checked into John Hopkins after an overdose. Britney Spears remembers the night all too clear.
Britney : I don't think any of us ever recovered after that. It was over from there. The next morning every tabloid had a different story, all of them worst then the previous. But their wasn't much we could do, after all, they were the truth, just written in a real sleazy way.
(Britney laughs softly)
The next day we got the call from mTV, they wanted us to do TRL. Well, at least me and Josh to do TRL. They wanted to know the truth. I guess we gave them more then they expected.
Carson Daly : I don't think I believed it when they came in. I expected them to shoot down all the rumors, to make some real reason why Justin was in the hospital. I don't think any one expected them to admit to it all.
Britney was crying, and you could tell that Josh was on the verge of crying himself. And then, I don't know, they just admitted it. The whole world found out that day that Justin Timberlake was a coke addict, an alcoholic and to top it off a homosexual. I don't think the last one was the biggest problem for the world. More fans flooded all of our websites then combined with Mariah Carey and AJ McClean's drug problems. It was amazing, in a sad way of course.
Narrator : Justin recovered quickly with the help of friends. Soon enough he was back on the streets, claiming to be clean and sober from the drugs and alcohol problem that afflicted him only weeks before. His friends took his words sincerely and watched from a distance in hope he was speaking the truth, sadly the distance was too far.
Joey Fatone : I think it was 03, ya know, I still don't like saying the years like that.
(trying to change the subject as his emotions began to take over)
Sorry, I just don't like to talk about it.
Narrator : Joey is talking about Justin's near fatal car accident on the night of February 10th, 2003. It was a snowy day in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. All the friends were visiting Chris in his home town, and the partying was abundant. No one bothered to watch Justin in front of the alcohol or his car keys. Sadly he took the oppurtunity to drink it up and drive. The friends found themselves back in the hospital for Justin's sake, less then two years after the first major visit.
Chris : Justin's a good guy, and he didn't mean to get himself in trouble so much. I blame us, we should have watched him more, but what can you do? Finding yourselves in a hospital room watching your friend slip in and out of conciousness makes you blame just about everybody but the victim, even if they are the one who deserves the blame the most.
Wade Robinson : Seeing Justin in the bed just made me cry. I'm not much of a crier, in fact you won't see me cry at all anymore. I'm a tough guy.
(Laughing to himself silently)
But, I love Justin, and seeing him laid up on a bed, barely moving, barely aware, that took a big toll on me. He was all bruised up, both his eyes were black, he had stiches all over his face, and his legs were both in casts. I walked out of that room, I think it was Christina that followed me, and we just cried. I don't remember being in the hospital that trip and not crying. We all did.
One good thing, Justin and I got together after that, always something positive from a negative.
Narrator : On July 2nd, 2003 Justin started over. After exiting the hospital, his friends and family mandoritorily checked him into a rehab clinic for his drug and alcohol addiction. Now clean and sober for over two months, and with a steady boyfriend in Wade, Justin looked to be picking back up his life, even if it was one agonizing piece at a time.
Lance : Wade was so good for him. Wade is a sturdy guy, and he was working regularly with his acting gig on ABC, so Justin just relaxed. For once in his life he wasn't out of control and I think Wade had a big part in that. Narrator : It was also Wade that caused Justin to slope back down again. In September of that same year, Wade returned to the house he and Justin had been sharing after a week long taping on location in Hawaii. He was shocked at what he found on arrival.
Wade : I never expected to see Justin in bed with another guy. And I definetly didn't expect it to be his old drug dealer. I flipped, and I kicked Justin out. I regret it now.
Narrator : With no where to go, and a broken heart to mend, Justin began to stay with his drug dealer, Anthony.
Anthony : People may not believe this, but I wasn't on drugs when I slept with Justin. I didn't even know he was still with Wade, he told me they split over the summer. I'm not really into relationships, but Justin's one hot fuck, and so I let the guy stay with me. Granted, my place was never as nice as Wade's, and I didn't give him gifts, but I'm pretty sure he was happy with me, never could get him to stop begging in the middle of the night.
(camera is cut off as Anthony makes sick gestures with his tongue)
JC : Ya know, Anthony was always a sick bastard. We found Justin about two weeks later on the streets. He told us Anthony fucked him one night and then pushed him out of the car. I think we all did the stupidiest thing that day, we forgave Justin without any questions. We let him off too easy, a pattern that didn't begin that day and didn't end then either.
Lynn Harless ( Justin's Mother) : My son had some serious problems. He hadn't spoken with us for weeks, that's when Joshua called and informed us they found him on the streets. By that time I was so surprised the tabloids had eaten it up, but apparently they had some respect, or someone was keeping them quiet, you hope for the first one, but you know it's not that pure in this world.
Narrator : Tabloids were writing the stories up though, but someone on the inside was keeping them off the presses. It seemed Justin had plenty of friends holding his name sacred, the last part of him that was sacred.
Lance : All of us except for Justin still had some power in the pop culture world. Carson was keeping every rumor off the air on MTV, Britney was still singing and managing to do a pretty good job of keeping other artists off the guessing trail of the real Justin Timberlake. Meanwhile, Chris poured out just about all his money to keep the Justin Timberlake Fund going, and Josh, well, Josh did just about everything he could for that kid.
I think the only one of us who didn't do anything for Justin was Joey. I don't blame him either, he had a family then, and that was important to him. Justin had just made to many mistakes, too many to count by that point.
Christina Aguilera : I guess my transition of work wasn't exactly expected, but unsuspectedly it kept me happy. And it kept Justin's name out of the papers, I made sure of that.
Narrator : With friends in high places, Justin was still down deep. Refusing to seek a third run at treatment for his addictions, and finding refuge at what ever friend would hold himp up, Justin soon found himself with only one doorstep left.
Wade : I guess I lied, cuz I cried that day too.
(He smiles and snickers)
But it's all Justin's fault.
(He points behind the camera to where Justin is sitting and they both enjoy a laugh)
I wasn't going to take him back. I slammed the door in his face twice, but he kept knocking. And when Justin Timberlake cries, you don't slam the door in his face a third time. So I let him in, I expected him to drink my alcohol, I was surprised when he didn't. That night I went into the extra bedroom, saw him, he was shaking. I got in bed with him, and just held him. We haven't been apart since then. I think we both like it that way.
Narrator : At then end of 2003 and the beginning of 2004, things looked promising. Wade even popped the question to Justin, and a wedding was set for April, and Spring Love was helping turn Justin's whole life around.
Britney : I was jumping for joy. It was a big miracle that anyone would ask Justin to marry them.
(The room breaks into laughter besides Justin, Wade grabbing him and kissing him warmly.)
Any ways, Justin was so excited, and during those six or seven months Wade was all the help he needed from the drugs and the alcohol, Wade even kicked drinking for Justin, you could tell when they both wanted it, but...and I'll tell you a secret, when they wanted something they couldn't have, they just had each other.
(Once again the room breaks into laughter, even Justin is laughing)
The wedding was huge too, props up on my gay peeps.
(Only Britney laughs at that.)
Narrator : Seems we have heard from everyone but Justin on his own life. And who better to conclude this epsiode, then Justin himself.
Justin : Thanks alot for giving me a lot of hype. I don't know if I can conclude my own life after everything everyone else said. Well, I conquered drug addictions and alcoholism, now I just have this dirty little addiction to my man, um, Wade Robinson. It's been great having friends like the guys, and Brittany and Christina, and Carson, and especially Wade.
I was on a broken path, frayed with dark sublets and he was always waiting at the end of them. He made me the happiest guy on Earth. I guess that's kinda sappy, but it's true.
The only thing I really want the world to know is that through all the hard times I'm still the same person they always knew. Except I'm Justin Robinson instead of Justin Timberlake, and I'm not the heartthrob of a boyband, or 20 years anymore, but still, I'm the same guy.
