Shower: check. Shave: check. Put on lucky `four leaf clover' undies and socks: check. Blow dry and flat-iron hair: check. What to wear: no friggin clue! George was nervously staring at his whole closet, wondering how informal this party was going to be. Not recalling any specific occasion, he decided to go for a casual look, probably just jeans, a shirt and a sweater. After twenty antagonizing minutes, he decided to go with a slightly faded pair of jeans, adorned with various, tiny holes and a grey shirt with the word Abercrombie adorned on the front in maroon, and finally a sun-faded yellow zip up Abercrombie hoodie. He still had an hour before the time Vanessa told him she'd come, so he decided to relax and watch some tv. His nerves were shot though and he couldn't really concentrate on anything happening around him. The clock ticked to eight and... still no sign. No worries, she's just running a bit late, George rationalized.
Getting worried, George reached for his cell phone and decided to call Vanessa... when he realized he didn't have her phone number. Ten minutes passed, and during that time George made a dozen calls to friends that might have her number to no avail. Either they weren't answering, or they just didn't know. Just my luck, George thought. He knew it was his own fault for getting carried away and not asking for the number, but still. It was 8:30 by now and, still hanging on to a shred of hope, George paced around the first floor, anticipating the doorbell to ring. Half an hour later, all hope was gone. He went upstairs, changed into his pajamas and decided to waste the rest of his night downloading music and talking to whoever was on MSN or Facebook. It just wasn't meant to be, he thought. He ignored his parents as they came back home at around ten and wasn't in the mood to go watch a movie with his brothers. At least he had tomorrow to look forward to: a day at university to find out more and just generally have fun with his friends. With that, he quickly went to do his night-time ritual of brushing his teeth and washing his face, and then went to bed, remembering to set the alarm for 7:30.
Waking up was easy enough, as the sun streaming into the room facilitated his consciousness. Dressing in the same outfit as last night, thinking that since he chose it with such care, he should at least wear it out somewhere, he ambled downstairs to have some breakfast before getting picked up. Soon enough, George's cell phone started ringing signaling that Pat was outside, waiting with Vanna. George ran upstairs, said goodbye to his parents, grabbed a pen and a notebook and some lunch money before heading outside.
"Dude, took ya long enough!" Pat exclaimed.
"Well, I don't even have my shoes on. Geeze, I rushed for you!" George said exasperated, while he tied the laces of his black Chuck Taylors.
"George, what time are your presentations?" Vanna asked, turning around from the passenger seat to face him.
"Well, we'll be there by 9:00, so I'm just gonna head straight to the Medical Building for a tour and whatnot, and I'll be out by noon'ish, so we should meet at the student center for lunch and then tour the residences. Sounds good? Okay," George said, responding to the nod of the blonde. "Hey, you look really nice today Vans. Proooooowl," George purred. He noted that jean capris she was wearing really showed off her legs, and her green v-neck Abercrombie shirt showed off a bit of cleavage, always a plus. Her long blonde hair was slightly curled and her eyes shimmered teal. "And Pat looks like a bum, as usual," George sighed, receiving the middle finger from the driver. His friend was always dressed in a pair of baggy jeans, skate shoes, and some kind of band t-shirt. The remainder of the 40 minute ride was spent singing along to Red Hot Chili Peppers songs and when Vanna and Pat decided to play Sublime, George popped in his earbuds to drown out the sound. A little Arcade Fire would be better, he decided.
The university soon approached, and Pat dropped his friends off by the student center before going off to park. George said bye, and found a welcome rep handing out maps and information. He walked to the Medical Center and asked some of the science students there questions, just feeling glad that he got accepted to such a highly competitive program. Wow, I really can't believe I was one out of 160 kids in Canada chosen for this. What an honour, he thought. The next three hours passed by with George soaking up some information, but noting that nothing he saw here today was especially new. He'd done his research well apparently. He called Vanna and found out that his friends were in the student center already so he made his way over, and found them in a line for lunch. He joined them, asked how their presentations were and what residences they should check out. Pat and Vans wanted to take a tour, but since George had done that last fall when he visited, he told them he'd check out a residence they'd already seen before coming to the student center. Afterwards, they could meet back here and go see some other residences before going home. The trio decided to share a large pepperoni pizza and ate quickly, not wanting to waste time.
George meandered to the newly built residence and found it crammed. He just caught the next group to leave, but was pressed tightly in the elevator. To his delight, the guy pressing into him was serious eye-candy: a few inches taller than George, glowing with a healthy tan, the guy was gorgeous. He was wearing some low-riding jeans and a yellow shirt with an open grey hoodie. His grey eyes looked into George's and for the rest of the elevator ride they just stared at each other, as their chests were practically squished together. As the elevator bell dinged to let them know to get off, they broke their gaze and George noticed the other boy blushed too. While the tour commenced, led by an overly excited first year, George noticed the cute boy staring and looking away at him from time to time. He looks really cute when he ruffles his dark hair when he's bored, but I wonder how he's not messing up the gel, George thought. Since there wasn't enough space for everyone to check out the lounge, George wandered into the abandoned study room. It was pretty tiny, with room enough for one desk. He heard footsteps behind him and turned to face the grey hoodie guy.
"Hey, my name's Jack. It's really crowded back there, so I wanted to see what else this floor had..." he stammered, looking down while speaking. George noted that his voice seemed to rumble, causing a bit of a rise in his pants.
"Nice to meet you Jack, I'm George," he said as he offered his hand to shake. As Jack took his hand, George suddenly got nervous butterflies in his stomach and he suddenly couldn't let go of Jack's hand. The other boy didn't seem to mind though, as he closed the door to the study room. George took the hint and leaned in, brushing his lips with Jack's. A few tender kisses at first turned into crazy, passionate making out. George was fighting for control with Jack, trying to shove his tongue down Jack's throat. Meanwhile, he'd unzipped Jack's hoodie while Jack had unzipped George's, and threw them to the ground. George gripped onto Jack's biceps, opening his eyes to take a look at the bulging muscle. He could tell Jack was ripped, even with the bulky clothes on. Jack flexed for him and drove the other boy crazy, moaning into his throat.
Their kiss became more passionate as George licked his way down Jack's neck, pausing to nibble at his ear, as Jack groaned a bit at this. George took care of Jack's shirt, throwing it to the floor and marveling at this fine piece of man. His biceps led up to strong, broad shoulders and a wide chest. There was a faint outline of a six-pack of abs, that lead down to a lightly haired treasure trail. Then, George saw the one thing to drive him wild: the v-shaped cuts near his hips. "Ughh you're so fucking hot dude. Do you play anything?" George asked, attacking Jack's right nipple.
"Yeah dude, I'm a hockey player," Jack replied, which only made George's pants that much tighter at that moment. Jack pulled George's mouth away from his chest and took off his shirt. He liked the skinny look, it complemented his physique. He admired the thin arms that, while not muscular, were defined and the nipples poking out, leading to a slightly fuzzy belly, flat as a board. He pinned George down on the desk and started kissing every part of his exposed flesh. What a pleasant surprise, George thought. I like my men aggressive, hehe.
Soon, Jack was completely on top of George, pinning his arms down while ferociously kissing him. George was grinding his hard cock into Jack's, both enjoying the feeling as they felt their level of horniness rise and rise. George felt like he was going to shoot any moment now, without even taking off his pants, when the door banged open.
"And here we have the study ro... Or not," the tour guide said as she closed the door behind her.
"Oops," Jack said.
"Shit. Hahahahaha, fuck. That's fucking hilarious. Dude, admit her look of shock was worth that interruption," George grinned at the hilarity of the moment.
"Yeah... but she sorta screwed things up. I mean, we can't really stay here now to finish up," Jack complained as he threw George his stuff to put back on while he put his clothes on too.
"Well, I'm sure there's somewhere on campus we can continue... oh shit, it's 1:30 already. My friends are probably waiting for me so we can finish up touring. Sorry dude. Are you coming here next year? That was fucking fun," George told him. "I still don't know if I'll get accepted to Health Science, and that grin on your face probably means you already got in. Haha well I'll still be going here for some sort of Science next year. Let me give you my number. Maybe we can repeat this before the school year starts, eh?" Jack asked. George readily obliged, giving him a quick kiss before leaving the room. That kiss turned into making out for another five minutes until George pulled away and stated that he really had to go. Jack looked a bit forlorn and winked goodbye at him as he walked away. George rushed to the student center where his friends looked a bit angry waiting for him.
"Why didn't you pick up your cell phone? We've been here forever, and that goofy smile you have on your face makes me think you got into trouble," Vanna said seriously, before she started cracking up. "Seriously, what, or who, did you do?" she cheekily asked.
"Welllll... a true gentleman doesn't kiss and tell. So thank god we did a bit more than kissing ahaha," George laughed as he told Vans the clean version of the story, noting that Pat probably didn't want to hear all the details. They toured the campus for the rest of the day, and on the car ride home, both Pat and Vans decided they probably weren't going to go there in the fall. George respected their decision, because he realized it was more important for them to go to the university they liked best for their program rather than to the one he was thereto going. Well, I won't be too lonely if I have guys like Jack to entertain me the next four years, George thought with a chuckle.
The drive home ended abruptly and George thanked Pat for everything, leaving five bucks in the car for gas. His friend never wanted to take money for driving people around anywhere, so George made sure to do this from time to time. As he got home, Bianca called and told him to go back outside. Sure enough, she was standing there looking deadly angry. Her chestnut hair looked off-red in the brilliant sunshine, while her big brown eyes sparkled. She tugged at the strings of her white sweatshirt, leading down to a pair of light skinny jeans and beige ballet flats. If she didn't look ready to kill someone with a glance, she'd be drop dead gorgeous.
"What's wrong?" George asked with worry, wrapping an arm around her waist.
"UGH! My family is so unfair," Bianca complained. She walked a bit ahead of George, heading towards the grocery store. "My mom suggested going downtown to Toronto so we could buy the material we decided on for my prom dress. Little did I know, the effing GOVERNER GENERAL is coming over for dinner tonight and my mom has to cook something fancy, of course. This means she doesn't get her shopping done until noon, and we don't leave the house until one. Since she refuses to take the highway to the material places, we don't get there til two, then spend a half an hour there before finding out they only have half as much material that I need. All the time, she's complaining that she has to go back home to cook dinner and I'm thinking why the hell did she even suggest to go today then!' We left the store, drive back home and by this time it's four and she asked me to bake dessert for the company. As soon as we got home, my dad asks me how it went and I told him we didn't get anything and he's like figures, with YOU shopping' and I ask him what the hell that meant and he told me I was so picky. I was like NO, I am NOT picky they just didn't have enough of what I wanted'. He always thinks everything is MY fault, when it clearly wasn't this time. Then I ask my mom why we even went today if it was gonna be such a hassle and, get this, she tells me that: you would have whined all weekend about not going if we didn't go today'. HOW OLD DOES SHE THINK I AM? I understand the situation and I was just angry that everyone was screaming and blaming everything on me!" Bianca shouted.
"It's nobody's fault, you know that," George tried to comfort his venting best friend.
"I know, but they're always like this. Then my dad tried to bring up the fact that I should be more respectful of him because he's sending me to university and blah blah blah and all I can think of is how I'm not being disrespectful at all. If anything, he was being disrespectful for making assumptions like that," Bianca countered. "I'm hungry. Let's stop at Pizza Pizza," she suggested.
Bianca quickly ordered (and devoured) a slice of chicken parmesan pizza as they walked to the grocery store to pick up some ingredients for her dessert. They needed some help finding limes, and a tall, dark, handsome cliché offered Bianca some help. Damn he looks good, George thought. He liked a bit of facial hair on guys, and this guy's goatee and dark hair and eyes was turning him on. Not to mention you could see his well-muscled arms from his short sleeved shirt. George had to help himself from jumping the clerk.
"He only helped you because you're hot Bianca," George told her.
"I know. It really helps having giants like these though," she said, pushing up her breasts. George laughed and they continued shopping. Bianca checked out and they walked home, getting a few cat calls (horny guys hitting on George's best friend, of course) from some passing cars. Bianca and George parted ways, and George walked home, noticing the empty house. The first thing he did was check his email, and to his surprise, found a message from Vanessa.
"Hi honey, I'm SO sorry I couldn't make it last night! I got accepted to university and had to go out to dinner with my parents to celebrate. In all the excitement, I forgot to let you know I wasn't even going to Ag's party. Sorry again! Next time though okay? Don't feel bad, you'll get your chance!
<333s,
Vanessa
p.s. here's my cell phone number: ------"
Well THAT explains a lot, George thought. Well, he was happy for her: he knew she was setting her sights on that music program and was glad she got in. He called the number she left him and left her a voicemail congratulating her and telling her not to worry about last night. He spent the rest of the day just doing whatever homework needed to be finished, pretty uneventfully. He went to bed with thoughts of Jack still playing in his mind, and pulled out his cock. While he wasn't the longest ever, his dick was still a respectable 6.5 inches, and was pretty thick. It got hard fast, due to his care, and he reached over for the bottle of baby oil he kept hidden in his beside drawer. He jacked off to memories of Jack slowly and soon enough, spunked his boxers. He took them off, wiped the cum off his cock and threw them to the ground before settling to sleep, some tension now relieved.
Waking up was never pleasant. Waking up to his cell phone going off was even worse. His hand fumbled around the bedside table to pick up the phone.
"Hu-hello?" George asked, coughing to clear his voice.
"Good morning! How are you doing?" a chirpy voice asked him as George noticed the time. 9:30 am. Who wakes up that early on a Sunday? Honestly.
"I'm fine, just woke up actually. You?" George asked, trying to gauge who it might be on the other line.
"Did I wake you up? I'm so sorry! It always seems like I'm apologizing to you this weekend," the perky voice laughed as George put the pieces together: it was Vanessa.
"Naw it's alright. Any reason for the wake-up call though Vanessa? I don't remember requesting one last night," George chuckled.
"Well, I just wanted to invite you for ice cream today. It's a nice day, so we'll all walk to Murphys. I'll be at Kirst's by eleven. We'll just spend the day around the town, it's nice weather. And Marc's gonna be there. Meet me at Kirsten's then okay?" Vanessa asked.
"Oh. Uh sure. Cya soon, thanks," George replied.
"No problem! Bye," she said as she hung up the phone. George sighed with exhaustion. He had an hour and a half to get ready for a day out and eat some breakfast. Thank goodness he did his homework last night, otherwise he'd be struggling to finish it tonight. He went downstairs and just ate some cereal and yogurt before going upstairs to get ready. By a quarter to 11, he was dressed in some khaki shorts, showing off his hairy legs (which he always disliked and wanted to wax, but was too afraid to) and a bright blue polo shirt. He grabbed his wallet, keys and cell phone before telling his parents he'd be out, slipped into some flip flops and put on some dark sunglasses before heading outside. George hated that the weather here shifted from winter to summer basically, but he wasn't going to complain about the nice, hot May weather he was getting.
He made it to Kirsten's house at eleven, and saw the two friends chatting away outside the house, waiting for him. Vanessa was dressed in simple white flats, a frayed denim skirt and just a hot pink Volcom t-shirt with the stone's design adorned throughout. Kirsten was in off-white short shorts, low cut pink and white checkered Vans, and a bright blue Hollister shirt. They both greeted George and took off towards the ice cream place. Vanessa asked George if she could tell her friend about their plan for Marc, and he told her to go for it. After hearing everything Kirsten stood back a little shocked.
"Wow George. I didn't even know you were gay!" Kirsten said, shocked. "Marc is really cute though. I don't know if he's not straight though. I mean, he's never said anything. But go for it anyways! Awwww that's so cute!"
"Well... yeah I guess," George said, uneasy that maybe she'd put him in an awkward situation around Marc.
"Wow, we're here already. I didn't know it would take that long to explain your situation George!" Vanessa laughed.
"Well, it is just a BIT complicated," George joked around. He looked around and saw a scattering of people waiting to get ice cream. In the middle, there was Jeff and Paul, Vanessa and Kirsten's boyfriends, respectively. A couple of the other girls and guys were talking to each other, and there he was: just looking out on everyone, not participating in the conversation, but not being anti-social either. His green eyes shined in the sun, as everyone looked over to the trio headed over. George thought he saw Marc avoid looking at him and he grew a bit worried.
"Hey guys! Hey George! Don't normally see you here, how ya doing?" asked a bunch of the teens gathered there. George made small talk with a little crowd while they waited in line (and a long line it was) to order ice cream as he glanced over at Marc every once in a while.
"It's so exciting, everyone's headed off in a different direction next year. Nothing's gonna be the same," remarked Alyssa, a short soccer player. George really liked her, because whenever a special occasion came up (Christmas, Valentines, Easter, etc...) and if she was in his class (which she was, ever since grade ten), she'd give out treats. It was really sweet of her, he thought. Then he chuckled at his pun: sweet, candy, har har. They talked about their AP Exams which they had just written and talk shifted over to how class just seems unbearable right now.
"No kidding, Calculus is such a pain in the ass, I just want it over and done with," George vehemently stated. An unexpected voice chimed in then.
"Yeah I know what you mean. When am I ever gonna use a ln function? The only lawn I deal with is the one with grass outside my house," the jade-eyed beauty stated. He'd overheard their conversation and joined in. He then laughed along with everyone, showing his dimples and making George nearly come in his shorts right there and then.
"That reminds me dude, we've got a test or something Tuesday. Right before our graduation ceremony. What the hell was our teacher thinking?" George asked the crowd. They all seemed to agree, and finally the time had come for them to order their ice cream. George got this special flavour this Bianca had introduced him to: Mickey Mouse Vanilla Birthday Cake Ice Cream with Rainbow Sprinkles. It literally tasted like happiness and all the fun times he'd had as a kid. He started devouring his ice cream, looking for a place to sit down beside Kirsten or Vanessa. As he took a seat beside Vanessa, she saw Marc coming out with his ice cream and called him over to sit beside her.
"Oh guys, I think I'm gonna get a bottle of water, be right back!" she gleefully said, fully knowing what kind of situation she'd put George in. Oh crap. Ohhhhhhh crap. Why'd she do this? Does she hate me? George thought. There was an awkward silence when neither of the two boys sitting on the stone steps in the town square had anything to say. The shorter, spiky haired boy broke the silence first.
"So uh, I really appreciated your help last week. I tried some of the homework today and it made some sense. Thanks again," Marc unusually shyly said.
"Oh, no big deal. This unit is pretty tough though, I have to say," George admitted.
"Yeah, no shit. I need a 75% in this course so I can keep up my conditional offer to university now. I'm afraid after this unit, I'm gonna drop from the 76 I have now though," Marc said, the worry hanging in his voice.
"Well, I always study in a group before the Calc tests, but my friends are all busy this Tuesday I think," George said, ready to take a bold plunge. "DoyouwannastudytogetheronTuesday?"
"Say what?"
"Um... I asked if you wanted to study with me Tuesday night," George asked, blushing.
"Oh. Wow, sure. You're a brainer, I'd be lucky to have someone like you tutor me. Uhh, I can come pick you up at your place after school and we could study at mine since nobody's gonna be there anyways. Cool?" Marc asked, offering a closed fist for assurance.
"Cool," I replied, tapping his fist with my own.
And with that touch, my whole body was set on fire.
